Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Fabric cuts, customized stitching, or special orders are non-returnable.

Process for Return/Exchange

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the process.

  3. Ship the item back to us at the provided address.

  4. Once inspected, we will issue an exchange or store credit (as applicable).

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was incorrect or defective.

  • In case of an exchange, the customer will bear the reshipping charges.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
